Terms of Sale
Last updated August 17, 2026
In plain terms
You buy a pass for a stated window: Day Pass through midnight, 30-Day Pass for 30 days, Season Pass prorated to the weeks left. One payment. Nothing recurring. The board unlocks when payment clears. Access ends when the pass ends; nothing renews. Full terms below. This summary does not replace them.
1. What NRFI Edge is
NRFI Edge (“we”, “us”) publishes statistical research on Major League Baseball first-inning outcomes, built on publicly available MLB data. We are not a sportsbook, a broker, an investment adviser, or a handicapping service. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds, or settle bets.
Access is sold to individuals aged 21 or over. By purchasing you represent that you meet that requirement and that accessing this material is lawful where you are.
2. What a pass includes
A valid pass unlocks the full board for its duration: every scheduled matchup, both probability models (The Full Count and The Heater), venue splits, park and weather context, and the ability to load any past date with each model’s calls graded against what actually happened.
3. Passes, prices, and duration
| Pass | Price | Access |
|---|---|---|
| 1-Day Pass | $1.99 | Through 11:59 PM on the day of purchase |
| 30-Day Pass | $19.99 | Through 11:59 PM on the 30th day, counting the day of purchase as day one |
| Season Pass | Varies — see below | Through the end of the current MLB season window |
Passes run to a calendar cutoff, not a rolling 24 hours. A 1-Day Pass bought at 11:45 PM ends the same night. The exact expiry date and time for the pass you have selected is displayed on the checkout screen before you pay.
Season Pass pricing is prorated to the number of weeks remaining in the season and therefore changes over the course of the season. Two buyers may pay different amounts for a pass carrying the same name. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. The Season Pass is withdrawn from sale when too little of the season remains.
4. One-time charge
Every pass is a single, one-time charge. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and no payment method is stored for future billing. When a pass expires, access simply stops. Nothing is charged again unless you deliberately buy another pass.
5. Account required
Passes are attached to an account so they survive a cleared browser and work across your devices. Creating an account requires a working email address; we send a one-time sign-in link rather than asking you to create a password. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address, and for activity that occurs under your account.
A pass is for personal use by one person. Sharing account access, reselling access, or redistributing the data is not permitted.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are in US dollars.
7. Refunds
Access unlocks immediately on payment, so all sales are final, subject to the service-outage exception described in our Refund Policy.
8. No guarantee of results
Our models output probabilities, not predictions. Historical backtest figures describe how a model performed on reconstructed past data. They are not a forecast, not live trading results, and not a representation of what any individual will experience.
Backtests can contain errors we have not identified, and published performance figures apply only to the specific selection method described alongside them. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to place any wager. You are solely responsible for any decision you make and any money you risk.
9. Third-party links
The board may link to third-party markets or data sources so you can compare a model’s number against a market price. We have no affiliation with those services, receive no compensation, referral fee, or revenue share for those links, and do not control what they offer or where they operate. Those services carry their own terms, their own risks, and their own legal restrictions, which may differ from ours and may make them unavailable or unlawful where you live. Verify that before using them.
10. Availability
We depend on public MLB data feeds and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable, particularly around lineup changes and postponements. We may modify or discontinue features at any time; if we discontinue the service entirely during a pass you have paid for, the outage provision of the Refund Policy applies.
11. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate an account without refund for shared or resold access, automated scraping, attempts to circumvent payment, or use that threatens the service or other users.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of NRFI Edge is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for gambling losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase, and material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
