Refund Policy

In plain terms
Passes are final once the board unlocks. If the site is down for more than 24 hours straight, email [email protected] within three days and we will prorate or refund. This summary does not replace the policy below.
1. All sales are final
Because nrfiedge.com delivers proprietary, real-time mathematical models and predictive sports data instantly upon confirmation of payment, all sales are strictly final.
2. Immediate digital delivery
By completing your transaction for a 1-Day Pass, 30-Day Pass, or Season Pass, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your digital access is granted immediately. Consequently, you waive any right to a “cooling-off” period, order cancellation, or financial reimbursement once the data dashboard has been unlocked.
3. What is not refundable
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Sports event cancellations, postponements, or schedule changes
- The outcome of any individual model projection, pick, or wager
- A change of mind after access has been unlocked
Our models describe probabilities, not certainties. A pass buys access to the research, never a result.
4. Service availability exception
In the rare event of a severe, prolonged internal server or website failure that completely prevents data delivery for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive hours, you may contact us at [email protected] within three (3) days of the outage to request a prorated credit or refund, granted at the Company’s sole discretion.
Please include the email address on your account and the approximate dates and times you were unable to reach the board.
5. Pass expiration
Passes run to a calendar cutoff rather than a rolling 24-hour clock, and the exact expiry date and time is shown on the checkout screen before you pay. A pass reaching its stated expiry is not grounds for a refund. See the Terms of Sale for the full description of each pass.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact [email protected] before disputing it with your card issuer. We would rather resolve it directly and quickly.
